Mustang Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is actively recruiting Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physicians for a full-time outpatient opportunity with a leading physician-led organization serving seniors in the Greater New Orleans area. Position Details

● Specialty: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
● Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
● Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient Primary Care
● Patient Population: Medicare / Senior-Focused
● Schedule: Monday–Friday
● Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM)
● No nights, no weekends
● Small Patient Panel: 450 patients maximum
● Administrative time built into schedule
● Dedicated care team (MA, Scheduler, clinical support staff)
● Locations: Gentilly, Kenner, Metairie, Mid-City, New Orleans East, West Bank, Westwego

Compensation Package

● Base Salary: $250,000–$270,000
● Signing Bonus: Up to $50,000 (or $100,000 forgivable loan option)
● Year 1 Bonus: Up to $20,000 (increases upon partnership)
● Partnership Track: No buy-in; typically within 12–18 months
● Partner Earnings: $300,000+ annually

Requirements

● MD or DO Degree
● Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatrics
● Active (or eligible) Louisiana medical license
● Active DEA License (or eligible)
