Schedule: Full-time • Days (Rotating Weekends)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assessments upon admission and throughout each shift, recognizing and reporting changes in patient condition.
- Carry out provider-ordered procedures and interventions, documenting all care accurately and promptly.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and intervene appropriately if adverse reactions occur.
- Respond quickly to patient needs and anticipate care requirements to deliver exceptional service.
- Provide education to patients and their families about diagnoses, treatments, medications, side effects, and care plans in easy-to-understand language.
- Uphold the nursing care model of Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.

Requirements
- Active RN license (or APRN) required.
- Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) – must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
