The Lead SA needs to have a broad base of knowledge of ICT
systems, versus being a SME in only a few. Examples include:

Framework, Web Services, IIS, SQL Server.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in
related Companies and Services Providers in the industry
Typical daily Tasks and Activities
Will oversee all technical tasks, and provide overall
Subject Matter Expertise on program including:
• Participate in periodical customer,
partner, vendor and internal meetings related to telecommunications networking,
architecture, infrastructure, and integration services.
• Able to
lead technical discussions and communicate positions and options.
• Aware of major suppliers in the above
areas for products such as IPTV Middleware, CPE, encoders, servers, gateways,

Architects and Lab Support Engineers assigned to integration and
telecommunications network consulting and technical support activities.

and architectural guidance on tasks related to external system integration with
the in-house system and client customization.

subscriber management, and offer management.
• Assist with the handoff from design
and architecture teams to test and validation teams as it relates to the OSS
• Assist the
CUSTOMER team in the creation of OSS test cases.
