As an IT technology solutions company specializing in data
management, software engineering and business intelligence solutions, we
support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Enterprise Data
Services Contract (EDSC) in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. The EDSC Task
Order objective is to design, build, or acquire innovative, cost-effective, and
efficient Master Data Management, Portal, and Rules Engine engineering services
to meet the mission of CMS.
• Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery using
• Experience with migrations from SVN to GIT with repeatable
• Experience with Unix scripting
• Experience with writing custom modules with Puppet
• Create custom release packages using Jenkins/Nexus modules
• Automation experience with JUNIT and Selenium
• Experience with creating AWS Cloudformation scripts
• Experience with Websphere deployment automation is a

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and

Six or more years of experience in software engineering or
operating systems programming
Experience working with software design principles

resolve highly complex software design issues and create new software for one
or more products
Good leadership skills to mentor, oversee, and lead team

management, and team members
Good communication skills to interact with team members and
senior support personnel
Ability to synthesize broad and narrow concepts of high
